Intanto nessuna difesa del governo, o dei grmbiulini, ma mi sembra di aver letto sul sole:
C`è da dire che il Governo con la manovra estiva ha già costruito le basi per un supporto pubblico:

8oo milioni di euro e inclusione delle reti tlc tra i progetti finanziabili con i fondi del Quadro strategico nazionale e tra quelli agevolabili dal Fondo rotativo della Cdp.
